DanceHead is a community platform. By using DanceHead, you agree to these terms.

1. Your content

You are responsible for the content you upload, post, or share. You must own the rights to your content and ensure it does not violate any laws or third‑party rights. You grant DanceHead a non‑exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the service.

2. Responsibility for videos and usage

All videos, posts, and interactions are the responsibility of the user who created them. DanceHead does not endorse, monitor, or verify user‑generated content. If you upload a video, you are responsible for its legality, safety, and accuracy.

3. Prohibited behavior

Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content. Do not attempt to access accounts or data you do not own. Do not harass others or misuse the platform.

Bots, spammers, and automated access are strictly prohibited. Do not create fake accounts, use scripts or automated tools to interact with the service, or engage in any form of spam. Accounts identified as spam will be suspended without notice.

DanceHead is for dance-related content only. Politics, porn, or other non-dance topics are not allowed.

4. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it.

5. Payments and plans

Paid plans may be billed on a recurring basis. You can manage your plan in the Plan page. If you cancel, your plan will revert according to your subscription status.

6. Data loss and service availability

DanceHead is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep your data safe, we do not guarantee against data loss, corruption, or unavailability. Videos, posts, comments, annotations, and any other content you store on DanceHead may be lost, deleted, or become temporarily or permanently inaccessible due to hardware failure, software bugs, human error, security incidents, third‑party service outages, or other events beyond our control.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any content you would not want to lose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanceHead disclaims all liability for loss of data, loss of access, downtime, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
